Guttercrest (March 2024 –) Web Developer
Maintaining all the website, and creating a inhouse stock management system. websites are wordpress and the inhouse system is .Net.
Maintaining the sites involves also integrating third party services to work on the website, and taking the technical lead on the approach for current and future projects within the company.
Preworn (March 2022 – June 2024) Frontend Developer
Working with a Shopify system and working with an initial theme that has been developed to its current state, completely changed the search and shop views, and developed a custom search that saved the company significant cost and created something better than what was available, Cart and Wishlist from scratch and a recommended products snippet.
Worked with Shopify liquid code and ruby.
Created a Mobile app also from scratch. I created a api from the search menu that was used to provide the data for the mobile app.

OrangeLeaf Systems (March 2021 – August 2021) WordPress Developer
Worked as a WordPress developer, mainly working on themes and blocks, worked within a VCS and for their plugin.
This block is currently on my website and is a complex applet that is dynamic and can be added to any WordPress theme.
Border Software (April 2018-October 2020) Android Developer
Working as a web developer, I had created an online help version for the software creating/updating more pages(.aspx), been familiar with the software I also support users with any queries about the software, the company uses logmein Rescue to aid customer support but given the situation of some customers require advice on other devices, so I have to give support across the phone too.
We had a lot of requests to create the software on a smart phone and I took the incentive to do so I started working on android apps and shown it to my boss, now there is mobile app for our users that I have created from scratch to communicate with the cloud into our software using JSON data sent from the app to our server back to the users software on the PC using a REST api, mainly front end but had to format the data to be sent in the correct format.
